Policy Amendments. The Board retains the right to repeal, change or modify any policies or regulations which it has adopted or may hereafter adopt, subject however, to restrictions contained in the School Code and other applicable law.

Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate cancellation. Therefore, it is in the Subscriber‟s best interest to implement a similar or stricter TOS for his/her/its own clients.
Policy Amendments. Process requests for additions or deletions to policies within five (5) business days of receipt. Provide City with copies of initial correspondence to the insurers. Follow up every two (2) weeks from request date until the insurer has handled request. Advise in writing of any changes to insurance policy(ies) within fourteen days. Provide, on renewal and upon request, participants in each coverage program, and notify within five (5) business days of any participation changes.
Policy Amendments. The policies set forth in xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx-xxx-xxxxxxxxxx may be periodically amended and published by Edge in its sole and absolute discretion.
