Policy Agreements. A. The Union will not engage in, or support, any strike, work stoppage, slowdown, or other job action. B. No lockout of employees shall be instituted or supported by the State during the term of this Contract. C. These agreements are not intended to limit the freedom of speech of the Union or its members. D. 1. A committee consisting of State and Union representatives may meet for the purpose of reviewing the administration of this Contract and to discuss problems which may arise. A maximum of five (5) employee representatives of the Union may attend such quarterly meetings.

The FOP Lodge 155 recognizes its responsibility as the exclusive collective bargaining agent and agrees to represent all employees in the unit without discrimination.

Policy Agreements. The Registrant is fully liable for orders made through RSP. RSP is obliged to inform the Registrant about all important agreements, policies, general terms and conditions, events and notifications, and to include these in its own registration agreement. RSP must be legally able to act in the name of the Registrant with respect to registrations, modifications, renewals and other domain operations. The Registrant is obliged to ensure that no name-rights of third parties are violated by the registration or his use of the domain.
