Common use of Policies & Procedures Clause in Contracts

Policies & Procedures. As an employee of the Company, you agree to abide by all of the policies and procedures in effect for the Company, including (without limitation) the xxxxxxx xxxxxxx policy, the code of ethics and the employee handbook, as well as the Confidentiality and Non-Competition Agreement between you and the Company of even effective date herewith (the “Confidentiality Agreement”), a copy of which is attached hereto as Appendix A and incorporated herein by reference).
