POLICIES AND CONTRACTS. The Board of Directors may provide the terms ---------------------- and conditions upon which policies and other contracts shall be issued by the corporation including fixing the amount of any rates of interest payable on funds held by the Corporation, but it may delegate such authority to whatever officers it designates.
