THE LOCAL CHURCH HAS BEEN IN SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE POSSESSION OF THE REAL PROPERTY AND THE PERSONAL PROPERTY AND IS FULLY AWARE OF ALL FAULTS AND MATTERS RELATING THERETO.
