Point of Demarcation. “Point of Demarcation” means the interface (such as a port or cross-connect at a Customer-provided RG-45 xxxx or other mutually acceptable equipment) between the Parties’ respective facilities at a Site.
Point of Demarcation. The point of demarcation is the physical dividing line between MPS-owned equipment and customer-owned equipment. MPS will own, operate, and maintain all underground laterals on services less than 400 amps on the line side, up to the line side of the metering equipment and/or current transformer (CT) cabinet. The ownership of equipment is described in more detail in Section 204. 901.4 Easements. MPS primary and/or secondary services and/or service laterals will normally be installed within front or rear lot line utility easements provided by the Customer as a part of the recorded property plat. Point of Demarcation. If the Services include access to NRBN’s Network, NRBN will provide such access via a single mode optical fibre or wireless connection, connected at a “point of demarcation” provided in this Agreement or, if there is no such provision in the Agreement, at a termination panel located in proximity to the electrical metering equipment in, and/or the electrical service entrance to, the CUSTOMER’s premises. The Contractor is required to provide the name and contact telephone numbers (desk, cell phone etc.) of the SPOC. RETAINAGE The Authorized User may retain a percentage of each deliverable payment of no more than twenty-five (25) percent until the acceptance of the complete Implementation. This retainage may be reduced up to 5 percent as described in the SOW, when the Contractor substantially reduces the time required from the timeframes negotiated between the Authorized User and the Contractor. ENHANCEMENTS TO SERVICES When the right is reserved in the RFQ, unanticipated enhancements to the services procured not exceeding a cumulative twenty (20) percent of the Implementation Service cost may be agreed to by the Authorized User. Such inclusion must be included in the Total Cost Evaluation. Such unanticipated enhancements will require a written Authorized User Agreement revision, which for NYS Agency Authorized Users will include an amended Purchase Order. Any changes that will result in exceeding this twenty (20) percent will require a new competitive RFQ. Contractor shall notify the Authorized User in writing when a requested scope change will exceed the cumulative twenty (20) percent total value of the Implementation Services.

  • Point of Sale The electric meter for each Participating Consumer’s account, as designated by the Local Distributor.
