Common use of Point of Delivery Clause in Contracts

Point of Delivery. The point of delivery is the point where Company's conductors are, or are to be, connected to Seller's conductors. Seller shall do all things necessary to bring its conductors to such point of delivery for connection to Company’s conductors, and shall maintain said conductors in good order at all times. If Seller chooses to deliver power to Company through a point of delivery where Seller presently receives power from Company, then the point of delivery for the purchase of generation shall be the same point as the point of delivery for electric service.
