POC Website Clause Samples
The 'POC Website' clause defines the requirements and expectations for the creation and operation of a Proof of Concept (POC) website as part of a project or agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of the website, such as its intended features, functionality, and the timeframe for its development and demonstration. For example, it may specify that the website will showcase certain core capabilities or serve as a prototype for client review before full-scale development. The primary purpose of this clause is to ensure both parties have a clear understanding of what the POC website will entail, thereby reducing misunderstandings and setting measurable objectives for the project's initial phase.

Together with this Agreement and the Operating Rules, the descriptions published on the GAIN POC Website and associated documentation will govern the elements, participation, duration, and specifics of the GAIN POC.
