Plumbing Facilities. The plumbing facilities in the Leased Premises shall not be used for any other purpose than that for which they are constructed and the expense of any breakage, stoppage or damage resulting from a violation of this provision shall be borne by the Tenant, and the cost thereof, as determined by the Landlord acting reasonably, shall be paid by the Tenant to the Landlord as Additional Rent forthwith upon being invoiced.
