Common use of Plumbing Facilities Clause in Contracts

Plumbing Facilities. Tenant shall not use the plumbing facilities for any other purpose than that for which they were constructed and shall not permit any foreign substance of any kind to be thrown therein, and the expense of repairing any breakage, stoppage, seepage or damage whether occurring on or off the Premises resulting from a violation of this provision by Tenant or Tenant's employees, agents or invitees shall be borne by Tenant. All grease traps and other plumbing traps in the Premises shall be kept clean and operable by Tenant at Tenant's sole expense.
