Plumbing Facilities. The toilet rooms, toilets, urinals, wash bowls and other apparatus shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were constructed and no foreign substance of any kind whatsoever shall be disposed of therein. Tenant will be liable for any breakage, stoppage or damage resulting from the violation of this rule by Tenant, its employees or invitees.
Plumbing Facilities. Tenant agrees not to use the plumbing facilities for any purpose other than that for which they were constructed, or dispose of any garbage or other foreign substance therein, whether through the utilization of so-called “disposal” or similar units.
Plumbing Facilities. That the plumbing facilities (if any) in the Leased Premises shall not be used for any other purpose than that for which they are constructed, and no foreign substance of any kind shall be thrown therein and the expense of any breakage, stoppage or damage resulting from a violation of this provision shall be borne by the Tenant, as additional rent, payable forthwith on demand.
Plumbing Facilities. Plumbing fixtures and appliances shall be used only for the purposes for which designed, and no sweepings, rubbish, rags or other unsuitable material shall be thrown or placed therein. Landlord shall not in any case be responsible for damage resulting to any such fixtures or appliances from misuse by Tenant or its agents, employees, or invitees; such damages shall be paid for by Tenant, and Landlord shall not in any case be responsible therefore.
Plumbing Facilities. Tenant shall not use the plumbing facilities for any other purpose than that for which they were constructed and shall not permit any foreign substance of any kind to be thrown therein, and the expense of repairing any breakage, stoppage, seepage or damage whether occurring on or off the Premises resulting from a violation of this provision by Tenant or Tenant's employees, agents or invitees shall be borne by Tenant. All grease traps and other plumbing traps in the Premises shall be kept clean and operable by Tenant at Tenant's sole expense.
Plumbing Facilities. Tenant shall not use or permit others to use -------------------- any plumbing facilities in the Demised Premises for any purpose other than that for which they were constructed or to dispose of any damaging or injurious substance or any grease or garbage therein.
Plumbing Facilities. Tenant will not use or permit to be used ------------------- the plumbing facilities in the Premises, or such facilities located within the demised area or such other area as may be assigned for use by Tenant or its employees, for any purpose other than that for which they are constructed nor throw or place, or permit to be thrown or placed, any foreign substance of any kind therein, and the expense of breakage, stoppage or damage resulting from Tenant's failure to keep this covenant shall be borne by Tenant.
Plumbing Facilities. No foreign substances of any kind shall be placed in the plumbing system, and the expense of any breakage, stoppage, or damage resulting from a violation of this provision shall be borne by such Tenant who, or whose Authorized Representatives, or invitees shall have caused it. 9.
Plumbing Facilities. The plumbing facilities in the Leased Premises shall not be used for any other purpose than that for which they are constructed and the expense of any breakage, stoppage or damage resulting from a violation of this provision shall be borne by the Tenant, and the cost thereof, as determined by the Landlord acting reasonably, shall be paid by the Tenant to the Landlord as Additional Rent forthwith upon being invoiced.
Plumbing Facilities. Tenant will not damage or overload the plumbing ------------------- facilities in the Premises.
