Pledges or Deposits. Any pledge or deposit made by the Company or any Subsidiary in the ordinary course of business in connection with any workers’ compensation, unemployment insurance, social security or similar law or to secure the payment of any Indebtedness, liability or obligation in connection with any letter of credit, bid, tender, trade or government contract, lease, surety, appeal or performance bond or law, or any similar Indebtedness or obligation not incurred in connection with the borrowing of any money or the deferral of the payment of the purchase price or lease of any capital asset.
