Planning Information and Models. The frequency of exchange will be as stated with respect to specific exchanges provided under this Article or, if no frequency is stated, then the frequency shall be as necessary or appropriate to support the purpose of the exchange or otherwise in accordance with Good Utility Practice. The Operating Committee will determine various commencement dates for the exchange of information hereunder. Nothing in this Agreement shall require a Party to provide or exchange information that it does not possess or cannot obtain.
