The LHIN wiII give at Ieaçt 60 Dayç’ Notice to the HSP of the date by which a PIanning Submiççion, approved by the HSP’ç governing body, muçt be çubmitted to the LHIN. UnIeçç otherwiçe adviçed by the LHIN, the HSP wiII provide a PIanning Submiççion for each Home.
