Planning and Review. Upon execution of this Further Extension Agreement and from time to time during the term of the Further Extension Agreement under Article V, the Project Team shall meet to discuss the direction and progress of the Project. The Project shall be conducted substantially in accordance with the action plan attached hereto. The action plan will be modified from time to time with the written approval of the Project Team to direct the Project in an optimal way. The Project Team shall endeavor to assign specific tasks to both SIBIA and Lilly so as to maximize progress on the Project and to avoid any duplication of research effort. ***Restate Section 3.05 to read as follows:

Planning and Review. Because Contract Documents are complementary and to facilitate coordination and performance, at the start of activity on each project or Contract, or at a new Work Site, and at the start of each portion of the Services, Contractor must review Contract Documents and project information for any discrepancy, omission, or uncertainty (including inconsistency with applicable law), take field measurements of existing conditions, and observe any Work Site condition affecting the Services. If Contractor, before or during performance, finds or learns of any discrepancy, omission, uncertainty, or noncompliance, Contractor must report in writing to Company and request an interpretation before performing affected Services. Company’s interpretation or decision is final. Continued performance involving the discrepancy without Company authorization is at Contractor’s expense.

Contractor deficiencies which the County determines are severe or continuing and that may place performance of the Contract in jeopardy if not corrected will be reported to the Board of Supervisors. The report will include improvement/corrective action measures taken by the County and the Contractor. If improvement does not occur consistent with the corrective action measures, the County may terminate this Contract or impose other penalties as specified in this Contract.

  • INTERNET PLANNING, ENGINEERING AND OPERATIONS ‌ Job Title: Internet/Web Engineer Job#: 2620 General Characteristics Integrally involved in the development and support of all Internet/Intranet/Extranet sites and supporting systems. Works closely with other IT groups and customers to define the system design and user interface based on customer needs and objectives. Participates in all phases of the development and implementation process, and may act as a project manager on special projects. Ensures the integration of the Web servers and all other supporting systems. Responsible for system tuning, optimization of information/data processing, maintenance and support of the production environment.

  • Training and Promotion a. The contractor will assist in locating, qualifying, and increasing the skills of minorities and women who are applicants for employment or current employees. Such efforts should be aimed at developing full journey level status employees in the type of trade or job classification involved.

  • Training and Support Licensor shall offer installation support to the Licensee and each of the Members, including assisting with the implementation of any Licensor software. Licensor will provide appropriate training to Licensee and Member staff relating to the use of the Licensed Materials and any Licensor software. Licensor will offer reasonable levels of continuing support to assist Licensee and Members in use of the Licensed Materials, including providing help files and other appropriate user documentation in connection with the use of and access to Licensed Materials. Licensor will, at a minimum, make its personnel available by email, telephone or via the Web, or in person during Licensor’s regular business hours, Monday through Friday, for training and user access support.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.
