Planning and Execution. For daily communication, alignment and coordination RB RAIL AS will expect in both models that supplier(s) assign one main contact person. For the Communication planning and execution purposes, one representative from all three countries are assigned for participation at the monthly, quarterly or any on demand meetings (in presence or in correspondence) with the RB RAIL Communications’ department. There will be weekly briefings/ communication planning meetings with representatives of the main coordinator only. During monthly meetings all experts together from three countries will plan monthly Communications’ Activity plan for the Baltic and global communication, will set the execution plan (timing, responsible party for delivery) and targets to be reached in certain communication period. In addition, all representatives of three countries, xxxx be asked to participate in the campaign creation to come up with one vision for global and pan-Baltic communication. Each representative will have the same role and significance in this planning and execution process. Also, it is expected that team representing all three countries will participate in communication strategy formulation. In order to ensure Once Baltic Voice, a representative from each country will be invited to participate at the quarterly Rail Baltica Communications Network meetings in presence or using skype meeting function. In addition, if there is need to organise dedicated meeting on specific activities for one country only, the planning and execution is directly organised with the communications expert(s) from the respective country with action briefing to main coordinator.

Planning and Execution. Concerts Norway shall prepare tour and travel schedules. These shall specify the place and date of all concerts, travel and rehearsals involved in the tour. The tour schedule shall be submitted to the artist four – 4 – weeks at the latest before the tour period begins. The travel schedule shall be submitted to the artist two – 2 – weeks at the latest before the tour period begins. The tour and travel plans shall be included as schedules to the contract. Subsequent changes in the tour or travel plan can only be made by agreement between the parties. Rehearsals that are to be held before the tour period starts must be called separately, and shall be specified in a schedule to the contract. Within the framework of the tour and travel plan, Concerts Norway can make such decisions regarding planning and execution of the tour as Concerts Norway may find necessary and appropriate. This includes preparation by Concerts Norway of marketing and information material and implementation of marketing and information measures.
Planning and Execution. DWR agrees to expend the funds contributed pursuant to this Agreement for the payment of invoices received by DWR from DCA in accordance with the JEPA and Exhibit A. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement or the JEPA, DWR’s financial liability for the payment of DCA invoices issued to DWR shall be limited to the amount of money actually contributed to DWR pursuant to this Agreement and the arrangements described on Exhibit B hereto.

North Highland brings vast experience from our Process & Business Analysis capability when staffing these engagements, including team members which are able to effectively facilitate sessions to map and understand existing policies and recommendations, gather new requirements or changes impacting these policies and provide expert guidance on modifications within these areas. Our teams also supplement the development and/or updates of these policies and regulations with an effective communication plan and change management so stakeholders are aware of the policies and regulations impacting their day-to-day operations. This includes understanding the impacted audiences, aligning the appropriate messaging and training to these audiences and supporting / monitoring the adoption of these new practices within the organization.   • TRAINING AND RELATED MATTERS The parties recognise that in order to increase the efficiency and productivity of the company a significant commitment to structured training and skill development is required. Accordingly the parties commit themselves to:

  • Training and Development 12.1 The parties are committed to, and acknowledge the mutual benefit to the employer and employee of planned human resource development and the provision and participation in relevant development opportunities (including accredited training).

  • RELEASE OF GENERAL INFORMATION TO THE PUBLIC AND MEDIA NASA or Partner may, consistent with Federal law and this Agreement, release general information regarding its own participation in this Agreement as desired. Pursuant to Section 841(d) of the NASA Transition Authorization Act of 2017, Public Law 115-10 (the "NTAA"), NASA is obligated to publicly disclose copies of all agreements conducted pursuant to NASA's 51 U.S.C. §20113(e) authority in a searchable format on the NASA website within 60 days after the agreement is signed by the Parties. The Parties acknowledge that a copy of this Agreement will be disclosed, without redactions, in accordance with the NTAA.

  • Consideration of Criminal History in Hiring and Employment Decisions 10.14.1 Contractor agrees to comply fully with and be bound by all of the provisions of Chapter 12T, “City Contractor/Subcontractor Consideration of Criminal History in Hiring and Employment Decisions,” of the San Francisco Administrative Code (“Chapter 12T”), including the remedies provided, and implementing regulations, as may be amended from time to time. The provisions of Chapter 12T are incorporated by reference and made a part of this Agreement as though fully set forth herein. Contractor is required to comply with all of the applicable provisions of 12T, irrespective of the listing of obligations in this Section.   • Training and Professional Development C. Maintain written program procedures covering these six (6) core activities. All procedures shall be consistent with the requirements of this Contract.

  • CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION AND PUBLICITY 11.1 If Cisco and Supplier have entered into a Non-Disclosure Agreement (“NDA”) which covers disclosure of confidential information under the Purchase Order, and if the term of the NDA expires before the expiration or termination of the Purchase Order, then the term of the NDA shall be automatically extended to match the term of the Purchase Order.

  • Felling and Bucking Felling shall be done to minimize breakage of Included Timber and dam- age to residual timber. Unless agreed otherwise, felling shall be done by saws or shears. Bucking shall be done to permit removal of all minimum pieces set forth in A2. Purchaser may buck out cull material when necessary to produce pieces meeting Utilization Standards. Such bucked out material shall contain a minimum amount of sound wood, not in excess of the net scale in percentage of gross scale, or based on the merchantability factor, whichever is stated in A2. Insofar as ground conditions, tree lean, and shape of clearings per- mit, trees shall be felled so that their tops do not extend outside Clearcutting Units, construction clearings, and ar- eas of regeneration cutting. B6.000 Xxxxx Xxxxxxx. Stumps shall not exceed, on the side adjacent to the highest ground, the maximum heights set forth in A6, except that occasional stumps of greater heights are acceptable when Purchaser determines that they are necessary for safe and efficient conduct of logging. Unless otherwise agreed, Purchaser shall re-cut high stumps so they will not exceed heights specified in A6 and shall dispose of severed portions in the same manner as other logging debris. The xxxxx heights shown in A6 were selected with the objective of maximum reasonable utilization of the timber, unless Sale Area Map shows special areas where xxxxx heights are lower for aesthetic, land treatment, or silvicultural rea- sons.
