Where the Customer plans work on its facilities that:\n(a) requires a feeder breaker to be opened or operated;\n(b) requires any disconnection or isolation from any facilities of either Party that are less than 50 kV, such as a feeder breaker;\n(c) will result in load changes of greater than 5 MW; or\n(d) will involve a load transfer or a switching operation that directly affects the Transmitter\u2019s transmission facilities, the Customer\u2019s Controlling Authority shall submit a request to the Transmitter\u2019s representative identified in Schedule A, including a request to provide a Supporting Guarantee where applicable.
