Derivado de lo anterior, el Optionee expresamente reconoce que el Plan y los beneficios que pudieran derivar de la participaci\u00f3n en el Plan no establecen derecho alguno entre el Optionee y el Patr\u00f3n, Mondel\u0113z M\u00e9xico, S. de \u2587.\u2587. de C.V. y no forma parte de las condiciones de trabajo y/o las prestaciones otorgadas por Mondel\u0113z M\u00e9xico, S. de \u2587.\u2587. de C.V. y que cualquier modificaci\u00f3n al Plan o su terminaci\u00f3n no constituye un cambio o impedimento de los t\u00e9rminos y condiciones de la relaci\u00f3n de trabajo del Optionee. Asimismo, el Optionee reconoce que su participaci\u00f3n en el Plan es resultado de una decisi\u00f3n unilateral y discrecional de Mondel\u0113z International, Inc.; por lo tanto, Mondel\u0113z International, Inc. se reserva el absoluto derecho de modificar y/o terminar la participaci\u00f3n del Optionee en cualquier momento y sin responsabilidad alguna frente el Optionee. Reconocimiento del Plan de Documentos. Al aceptar el Otorgamiento de la Opci\u00f3n de Compra de Acciones, el Optionee reconoce que ha recibido copias del Plan, que ha revisado el Plan y el Acuerdo en su totalidad y que entiende y acepta completamente todas las disposiciones contenidas en el Plan y en el Acuerdo. Adicionalmente, al firmar el Acuerdo, el Optionee reconoce que ha le\u00eddo y que aprueba espec\u00edfica y expresamente los t\u00e9rminos y condiciones contenidos en el p\u00e1rrafo 12 del Acuerdo ( \u201cEl Otorgamiento No le Confiere Ning\u00fan Derecho a Empleo Continuo - Naturaleza del Otorgamiento\u201d) en el cual se encuentra claramente descrito y establecido lo siguiente: (i) la participaci\u00f3n en el Plan no constituye un derecho adquirido; (ii) el Plan y la participaci\u00f3n en el mismo es ofrecido por Mondel\u0113z International, Inc. de forma completamente discrecional; (iii) la participaci\u00f3n en el Plan es voluntaria; y (iv) ni Mondel\u0113z International, Inc. ni de cualqiuer Sociedad controlante, Subsidiaria o Filial son responsables por ninguna disminuci\u00f3n en el valor de las Acciones subyacentes de la Opci\u00f3n de Compra de Acciones.
