Common use of Plan and Confirmation Order Clause in Contracts

Plan and Confirmation Order. The Plan, as approved, and the Confirmation Order, as entered by the Bankruptcy Court and which shall have become a final and non-appealable order which shall not have been stayed, reversed, vacated, amended, supplemented or otherwise modified, shall each be consistent in all material respects with the RSA or otherwise with such amendments, modifications or changes that are acceptable to the Required Backstop Parties.
