Plan and Confirmation Order. To the extent that the terms of this Agreement are inconsistent with the terms set forth in the Plan, then the terms of the Plan shall govern and control. To the extent that the terms of this Agreement are inconsistent with the terms set forth in the Confirmation Order, then the terms of the Confirmation Order shall govern and control.
