Plan A - Sick Day Plan a. All regularly employed certified bargaining unit members shall be allowed sick leave days during the school year without loss of pay. Each eligible full time bargaining unit member shall be credited with twelve (12) sick days at the beginning of each school year subject to adjustment at the end of each school year if the bargaining unit member does not work the entire year, three of which may be used for personal business during each school year.

  • Self-Funded Leave Plan 26.01 The Self Funded Leave Plan has been developed to afford Employees the opportunity of taking up to one year leave of absence and, through deferral of salary, to finance the leave subject to the regulations under the Income Tax Act.
