Places of Payment. The principal and Redemption Price of the 2022 Series __ Bonds shall be payable at the corporate trust office of The Bank of New York Mellon, as Trustee, located in the City and State of New York, except as otherwise provided in Section 202 of the General Resolution. The semi-annual interest on the 2022 Series __ Bonds shall be payable to the Holder by check or draft mailed to such Holder’s address last appearing on the registration books of the Trustee.
Places of Payment. The Redemption Amount will be payable upon presentation and surrender of the Debentures called for redemption at any of the places where a register (including any branch register) is maintained pursuant to section 2.09 and at any other places specified in the notice of redemption.
