Common use of Place and Time Clause in Contracts

Place and Time. The Closing shall take place at the offices of the Seller at 5:00 p.m. on December 12, 2012, or at such other time or place as Purchaser and Seller may mutually agree as may be evidenced by their effecting the Closing (the "Closing Date").
