Common use of Place and Date Clause in Contracts

Place and Date. The closing of the sale and purchase of the Assets (the “Closing”) shall take place on the 2nd day of October, 2006, at the offices of Buyer, or at such other time, place, and manner, as the Parties may agree. The day on which the Closing actually occurs is herein sometimes referred to as the "Closing Date."
