Lines 2\" in diameter and less may be connected by R & L couplings, unless otherwise required by the Engineer. All of the piping shall be erected so as to provide for the easy flow of water and noiseless circulation. Whenever pipes are cut, three-wheel cutters are to be used and the pipes are to be carefully reamed out.\nK.
