DS3 Loop DS3 Loop is a two-point digital transmission path which provides for simultaneous two-way transmission of serial, bipolar, return-to-zero isochronous digital electrical signals at a transmission rate of 44.736 megabits per second (Mbps) that is dedicated to the use of the ordering CLEC in its provisioning of local exchange and associated exchange access services. Mobility 7.1 There may also be a business need to travel and work on a temporary basis at any premises which the Corporation currently has or may subsequently acquire or at any premises at which it may from time to time provide services. This would be subject to discussion and agreement giving due regard to the following considerations: - The location and arrangements for travel and subsistence; - The length of the working day with increased travel time; - The hours of work; - The timescale and duration of the proposed arrangements; - The employee’s personal and family circumstances.
Cornerstone shall notify the LLC and confirm such advice in writing (i) when the filing of any post-effective amendment to the Registration Statement or supplement to the Prospectus is required, when the same is filed and, in the case of the Registration Statement and any post-effective amendment, when the same becomes effective, (ii) of any request by the Securities and Exchange Commission for any amendment of or supplement to the Registration Statement or the Prospectus or for additional information and (iii) of the entry of any stop order suspending the effectiveness of the Registration Statement or the initiation or threatening of any proceedings for that purpose, and, if such stop order shall be entered, Cornerstone shall use its best efforts promptly to obtain the lifting thereof.

Information Systems The Official Agency in conjunction with the Authority will meet the relevant requirements of Articles 131 to 136 of Regulation (EU) 2017/625 and Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1715 as appropriate to the Official Agency. The Official Agency shall record appropriate data in the Official Agency Premises Inspection database (OAPI), which will be further developed over the life of the contract. Data should be entered into the database on an ongoing basis but shall be entered within one month of the activity taking place, unless otherwise agreed with the Authority.
