Common use of PIGGYBACKING Clause in Contracts

PIGGYBACKING. Contractor acknowledges and agrees that, pursuant to State Finance Law § 163(10)(e), the New York State Office of General Services may authorize and approve purchases from contracts let by ITS to other New York State agencies, the United States Government or any other state, with the concurrence of the Office of the State Comptroller and under appropriate circumstances.
