Picnic Day. All employees covered by this agreement shall be entitled to Picnic Day without loss of pay on the first Monday in December (or other nominated day in Mildura). The employer may require the production of a ticket butt as proof of attendance. An employee required to work on picnic day shall be paid at the rate of double time and one half and paid for not less than four hours work.
