Physician’s Release Sample Clauses

A Physician’s Release clause requires an individual to obtain written confirmation from a licensed medical professional stating that they are fit to participate in a specific activity or return to work after an illness or injury. Typically, this clause applies in employment, sports, or event participation contexts, where a person’s health status may impact safety or performance. By mandating medical clearance, the clause helps protect organizations from liability and ensures that individuals are not exposed to undue health risks, thereby promoting safety and compliance with health standards.
