Common use of Physical Protection Clause in Contracts

Physical Protection. The Parties shall take appropriate measures in order to provide the nuclear material and equipment transf erred under this Agreement with physical protection at a level not lower than the level set out in the IAEA document INFCIRC/225/Rev.4 as well as in any subsequent amendments thereto accepted by the Parties.

The Parties shall take appropriate measures in order to provide the nuclear material and equipment transf erred under this Agreement and special fissionable material used in or produced through the use of nucle ar material, material, or equipment so transferred with physical protection at a level not lower than the level lev el set out in the IAEA document INFCIRC/225/Rev.4 as well as Rev.5 and in any subsequent amendments thereto accepted accepte d by the Parties.
