Common use of Physical Plant Clause in Contracts

Physical Plant. The Court agrees to provide the following physical equipment and work environment for users of video display equipment: 1. When requested by the employee, and subject to the approval of the Court in its sole discretion, effective glare screens shall be supplied by the Court for VDTs; 2. Subject to the approval of the Court in its sole discretion, adjustable chairs, foot rests and tables to allow for adjustment of individual machines to provide each operator with optimum comfort and the minimum amount of physical stress shall be supplied by the Court ; Subject to the approval of the Court in its sole discretion, optimal lighting conditions adapted to accommodate the types of equipment in use at each work site shall be provided by the Court.
