Physical Examinations and Tests. A. Physical examinations required by the Board shall be paid for by the Board.
Physical Examinations and Tests. 8.8.1 The District shall provide, or provide reimbursement for, any District or state required medical examinations or medical tests required as a condition of employment or continued employment.
Physical Examinations and Tests. All child care employees shall have a triennial TB test. The cost of such test shall be borne by the employee and the results certified to the employer before the employee is allowed to start work.   • Physical Examinations Where the Employer requires an employee to take a physical examination, doctor's fees for such examination shall be paid by the Employer. Except prior to commencement of employment and the first four (4) weeks of employment, such examinations shall be taken during the employee's working hours without loss of pay to the employee.
