Photocopy. ARI will provide reproductions or photocopies of Archive Material upon request from Researcher for a standard fee, to the extent authorized by the copyright laws of the Xxxxxx Xxxxxx (Xxxxx 00, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Code). Pursuant to those copyright laws, any reproductions or photocopies provided by ARI are not to be "used for any purpose other than private study, scholarship, or research." If Researcher makes a request for, or later uses, a reproduction or photocopy for purposes in excess of this authorized use, Researcher may be liable for copyright infringement. ARI reserves the right to refuse to accept a copying request if, in its sole discretion, fulfillment of the request would or might involve a violation of copyright law.   • Reproductions This Agreement and all documents which have been or may be hereinafter furnished by Borrower to the Bank may be reproduced by the Bank by any photographic, photostatic, microfilm, xerographic or similar process, and any such reproduction shall be admissible in evidence as the original itself in any judicial or administrative proceeding (whether or not the original is in existence and whether or not such reproduction was made in the regular course of business).

  • Facsimile or .pdf Signature This Agreement may be executed by facsimile or .pdf signature and a facsimile or .pdf signature shall constitute an original for all purposes.

  • Copies and Facsimiles This Agreement and all documents which relate thereto, which have been or may be hereinafter furnished the Lender may be reproduced by the Lender by any photographic, microfilm, xerographic, digital imaging, or other process, and the Lender may destroy any document so reproduced. Any such reproduction shall be admissible in evidence as the original itself in any judicial or administrative proceeding (whether or not the original is in existence and whether or not such reproduction was made in the regular course of business). Any facsimile which bears proof of transmission shall be binding on the party which or on whose behalf such transmission was initiated and likewise shall be so admissible in evidence as if the original of such facsimile had been delivered to the party which or on whose behalf such transmission was received.

  • Copies Escrow Agent may be permitted to duplicate any Deposit, in order to comply with the terms and provisions of the escrow agreement.

  • Originals This Agreement may be executed in counterparts each of which so executed shall be deemed an original and constitute one and the same agreement.

  • Reproduction Proprietary Information supplied is not to be reproduced in any form, without having obtained the prior written consent of Seller (acting through Eastern Consolidated).

  • Facsimile and Email Signatures The use of facsimile signatures and signatures delivered by email in portable document format (.pdf) affixed in the name and on behalf of the transfer agent and registrar of the Partnership on certificates representing Common Units is expressly permitted by this Agreement.

  • Facsimile Execution To evidence the fact that it has executed this Agreement, a Party may send a copy of its executed counterpart to the other Party by facsimile transmission. That Party shall be deemed to have executed this Agreement on the date it sent such facsimile transmission. In such event, such Party shall forthwith deliver to the other Party the counterpart of this Agreement executed by such Party.

  • FACSIMILE SUBMISSIONS Unless specifically prohibited by the terms of the Bid Specifications, facsimile Bids may be SUBMITTED AT THE SOLE OPTION AND RISK OF THE BIDDER. Only the FAX number(s) indicated in the Bid Specifications may be used. Access to the facsimile machine(s) is on a “first come, first serve” basis, and the Commissioner bears no liability or responsibility and makes no guarantee whatsoever with respect to the Bidder’s access to such equipment at any specific time. Bidders are solely responsible for submission and receipt of the entire facsimile Bid by the Authorized User prior to Bid opening and must include on the first page of the transmission the total number of pages transmitted in the facsimile, including the cover page. Incomplete, ambiguous or unreadable transmissions in whole or in part may be rejected at the sole discretion of the Commissioner. Facsimile Bids are fully governed by all conditions outlined in the Bid Documents and must be submitted on forms or in the format required in the Bid Specifications, including the executed signature page and acknowledgment.

  • Format The data will be provided in the format specified in Specification 2 for Data Escrow (including encryption, signing, etc.) but including only the fields mentioned in the previous section, i.e., the file will only contain Domain and Registrar objects with the fields mentioned above. Registry Operator has the option to provide a full deposit file instead as specified in Specification 2.
