Common use of Photo Documentation Clause in Contracts

Photo Documentation. Grantees are responsible for the following photo documentation: • Before and after photos, which should be taken from similar angles to showcase how a particular area has been transformed over time. • Project milestone photos (such as ground-breakings and ribbon-cuttings). • Photos taken throughout construction phases and throughout the length of the project. Photos should be high resolution (at least 4 inches by 6 inches with a minimum of 300 pixels per inch) and contain captions with project descriptions, dates, locations, and the names of those featured, if appropriate.
