PHASING MILESTONES Clause Samples

The "Phasing Milestones" clause defines specific stages or checkpoints within a project, each with associated deliverables and deadlines. In practice, this clause breaks down a larger project into manageable phases, requiring the completion and approval of certain tasks before moving on to the next stage. This structure helps monitor progress, ensures accountability, and allows for adjustments at each milestone, ultimately reducing risk and improving project management.
