Phase 1C Sample Clauses

Phase 1C. ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ shall mean that portion of the construction work identified in the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ 2018 Bid Set Plans entitled SFCT – Cargo Yard Densification (eRTGs) Phase 1, Project No. 2017—034 designated as ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ work whereby Operator’s capacity will be reconfigured from an estimated 232,000 container moves to an estimated 286,600 container moves. Phase 1C will be accomplished by the addition of those programmatic elements which appear in the attached Exhibit C and will be completed in accordance with the Project Schedule.
