Pharmacies. 4.8.4.1 The Contractor shall maintain a comprehensive Provider network of pharmacies that ensures pharmacies are available and accessible to all Members.

Pharmacies. The Contractor shall establish a network of pharmacies. The Contractor must provide at least two (2) pharmacy providers within thirty (30) miles or thirty (30) minutes from a member’s residence in each county.
Pharmacies h) All those participating providers that may be needed to provide services under the basic, special and dental coverage considering the specific health problems of an area/region. The INSURER may not discriminate with respect to participation, reimbursement or indemnification as to any provider who is acting within the scope of the provider's license or certification under applicable state law.
Pharmacies. (b) The dentist to release the agreement to other practitioners so other practitioners can report violations of the agreement to the dentist treating the patient's chronic pain and to the PMP.

Pharmacies. 5.8 The part of the pharmacy used for provision of the service (the ‘designated area’) provides a sufficient level of privacy, confidentiality and safety (not necessarily at the level required for the provision of the Medicines Use Review service). Due consideration should also be given to protection of the client and pharmacy staff, e.g., chaperone and Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) issues.
