The 'Pharmacies' clause defines the rights, responsibilities, or conditions related to the involvement of pharmacies within the context of the agreement. Pharmacies. The Contractor shall maintain a comprehensive Provider network of pharmacies that ensures pharmacies are available and accessible to all Members or P4HB Participants.

Pharmacies. The Contractor shall establish a network of pharmacies. The Contractor must provide at least two (2) pharmacy providers within thirty (30) miles or thirty (30) minutes from a member’s residence in each county.

Pharmacies. 1. Pharmacies within the scope of this Agreement consist of all Pharmacies owned and operated by Longs as of the Effective Date, subject to the following:
a) Pharmacies newly opened by Longs shall be deemed added to the scope of this Agreement upon opening;
b) existing Pharmacies acquired by Longs in the ordinary course of its business shall be deemed added to the scope of this Agreement (in all cases pursuant to a reasonable transition plan agreed upon by the parties) upon the later to occur of:
(i) closing of the acquisition, or
(ii) the earliest time when Longs may terminate existing agreements for the supply of Products to such Pharmacies without breach or payment of charges for early termination; * , or
(iii) if the existing supply agreement for any such existing acquired Pharmacy is * ; and
c) Pharmacies closed or sold by Longs from time to time in the ordinary course of its business (and thereafter not operated by Longs) shall be deemed deleted from the scope of this Agreement upon such event. * Subject to a request for confidential treatment; Separately filed with the Commission.
Pharmacies a. Payment shall be limited to Contractor‘s network pharmacies physically located within the borders of Orange County.
b. All pharmacy claims to Contractor must be submitted within sixty (60) days of the date of service. Claims submitted after this timeframe shall be denied.
c. Contractor shall pay pharmacies in accordance with Contractor‘s contracts with its network pharmacies.
Pharmacies. In the event the Company opens a Pharmacy in one of its retail stores covered by the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply: - Exclusions from Bargaining Unit: - Pharmacy Manager (if Pharmacist) Pharmacist Undergraduate or Apprentice Pharmacists - Cosmetic Supervisor to be considered under specialist personnel of the Employer The duties of the above persons shall be consistent with those duties imposed upon him/her by the statutes of this Province. In addition, these persons may stock any other items requiring the supervision of a Pharmacist by law or new items to the Pharmacy, Extended Health and Beauty Aids Section of the Department. The Parties recognize the concerns of opening a new Pharmacy and building up the business. In light of this, the above persons are permitted to straighten and face shelves in the Pharmacy and Extended Health and Beauty Aids Department and to ensure the Department is kept in neat and clean order.
