PFP Loan Consent Clause Samples

PFP Loan Consent. Lender, as the holder and owner of the entire indebtedness described in and evidenced by that certain Loan Agreement dated as of June 15, 2012, by and between Lender and PFP, as amended by First Amendment to Loan Agreement dated October 2, 2013, by and between Lender and PFP, together with the Note (as defined therein), hereby consents to the execution and delivery of this Agreement and the other Transaction Documents by the Borrower, the incurrence of Indebtedness by the Borrower pursuant hereto and thereto and the undertaking of the other obligations of the Borrower expressly contemplated hereunder and thereunder.
