Pertinent Information. Except as otherwise provided, either party may request the production of specific documents, books, or papers reasonably available and substantially pertinent to the grievance under consideration. Such request shall not be unreasonably denied and, if granted, shall be in conformance with applicable laws, and rules issued pursuant thereto, governing the dissemination of such materials.
