Persons Deemed Owner. Prior to due presentment for registration of transfer of any Note, the Issuing Entity, the Indenture Trustee and any agent of the Issuing Entity or the Indenture Trustee may treat the Person in whose name any Note is registered (as of the day of determination) as the owner of such Note for the purpose of receiving payments of principal of and interest, if any, on such Note and for all other purposes whatsoever, whether or not such Note be overdue, and none of the Issuing Entity, the Indenture Trustee or any agent of the Issuing Entity or the Indenture Trustee shall be affected by notice to the contrary.

Prior to due presentment for registration of transfer of any Note, the Issuing Entity, the Indenture Trustee and any agent on behalf of the Issuing Entity including but not limited to the Indenture Trustee, or the Indenture Trustee Note Insurer, may treat the Person in whose name any Note is registered (as of the day of determination) as the owner of such Note (a) on the applicable Record Date for the purpose of receiving payments of the principal of and interest, if any, interest on such Note and (b) on any other date for all other purposes whatsoever, whether or not such Note be overdue, and none of the Issuing Entity, the Indenture Trustee or any other agent of the Issuing Entity Entity, or the Indenture Trustee Note Insurer shall be affected by notice to the contrary.

Persons Deemed Owner. Prior to due presentment for registration of transfer of any Note, the Issuing EntityIssuer, the Indenture Trustee Trustee, the Indenture Administrator and any agent of the Issuing Entity Issuer, the Indenture Trustee or the Indenture Trustee Administrator may treat the Person in whose name any Note is registered (as of the day of determination) as the owner of such Note for the purpose of receiving payments of principal of of, and interest, if any, on on, such Note and for all other purposes whatsoever, whether or not such Note be overdue, and none of neither the Issuing EntityIssuer, the Indenture Trustee or nor any agent of the Issuing Entity Issuer or the Indenture Trustee shall be affected by notice to the contrary.
