Personnel Changes. The Contractor may remove its personnel assigned to perform under this Contract and substitute other qualified personnel. Any removals or replacements by Contractor shall be at no additional cost to the Department.

Personnel Changes. The Contractor may remove its personnel assigned to perform under this Contract and substitute other qualified personnel. The Contractor shall notify the Department Contract Manager to any such changes, and, upon request from the Department Contract Manager, give the new employee's name, security clearance, if applicable, and technical qualifications. Any removals or replacements by Contractor shall be at no additional cost to the Department.
