By posting the same by registered or certified mail to a party at its address hereinbefore appearing or at any other address of which prior notification shall have been given by the addressee prior to the dispatch of the said notice and any notice given by post shall be deemed to have been received by the addressee at the expiration of fourteen (14) days after the same has been properly posted.

You may request a paper copy of any legally required disclosures and you may terminate your consent to receive required disclosures through electronic communications by contacting us as described in Section 6 of the General Terms above. We reserve the right to charge you a reasonable fee not to exceed twenty dollars ($20.00) to respond to each such request. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service if you withdraw your consent to receive electronic communications.

  • Physical Delivery All notices must be in writing, except as provided in § 27.2. Any document, including a signed 681 document or notice, from or on behalf of Seller, and delivered to Buyer is effective when physically received by Buyer, any 682 signatory on behalf of Buyer, any named individual of Buyer, any representative of Buyer, or Brokerage Firm of Broker working 683 with Buyer (except for delivery, after Closing, of the notice requesting mediation described in § 23 and except as provided in 684 § 27.2). Any document, including a signed document or notice, from or on behalf of Buyer, and delivered to Seller is effective 685 when physically received by Seller, any signatory on behalf of Seller, any named individual of Seller, any representative of Seller, 686 or Brokerage Firm of Broker working with Seller (except for delivery, after Closing, of the notice requesting mediation described 687 in § 23 and except as provided in § 27.2).

  • Print Mail The Fund hereby engages BNYM as its exclusive print/mail service provider with respect to those items and for such fees as may be agreed to from time to time in writing by the Fund and BNYM.

  • Notices; Communications (a) Except in the case of notices and other communications expressly permitted to be given by telephone (and except as provided in Section 9.01(b) below), all notices and other communications provided for herein shall be in writing and shall be delivered by hand or overnight courier service, mailed by certified or registered mail or sent by telecopier or other electronic means as follows, and all notices and other communications expressly permitted hereunder to be given by telephone shall be made to the applicable telephone number, as follows:

  • Mail The Parent and the Company authorize and empower the Buyer on and after the Closing Date to receive and open all mail received by the Buyer relating to the Business or the Assets and to deal with the contents of such communications in any proper manner. The Parent and the Company shall promptly deliver to the Buyer any mail or other communication received by them after the Closing Date pertaining to the Business or the Assets. The Buyer shall promptly deliver to the Parent any mail or other communication received by it after the Closing Date pertaining to the Excluded Assets or Retained Liabilities, and any cash, checks or other instruments of payment in respect of the Excluded Assets. As soon as is practicable after the Closing Date, and in no event more than ten days thereafter, the Buyer shall mail to its customers and vendors a notice of the sale in the form provided by the Parent, with such changes thereto as Buyer and Parent shall agree.

  • Email You acknowledge that we are able to send electronic mail to you and receive electronic mail from you. You release us from any claim you may have as a result of any unauthorised copying, recording, reading or interference with that document or information after transmission, for any delay or non-delivery of any document or information and for any damage caused to your system or any files by a transfer.

  • Material Delivery Within 60 days after award date, Purchaser shall provide Forest Service a written schedule showing the desired delivery dates of any material to be supplied by Forest Service. With reasonable notice, schedule may be amended by agreement. Forest Service agrees to make delivery within 15 days after the scheduled delivery dates that are at least 60 days after the schedule is submitted, unless prevented by causes beyond control of Forest Service. If Purchaser does not provide Forest Service the written schedule within the period provided in this Subsection, Forest Service agrees to make delivery within 90 days after a late schedule is submitted, unless prevented by causes beyond control of Forest Service. After delivery to and written receipt by Purchaser, Purchaser is responsible for installation of needed material and for any loss of or damage to such material due to Purchaser's negligence prior to installation or return of unused material to Forest Service. At Purchaser’s option, Forest Service deliveries shall be to Purchaser’s storage area, as agreed, or to the nearest practicable point to the job site along existing roads. Unused material shall be returned to Forest Service at location of delivery, unless agreed otherwise.
