Personality Rights. The Artist grants the County the irrevocable right to use the Artist name, photograph, likeness, and biography in connection with the County’s exercise of the rights granted in this Agreement. This paragraph and the grant rights herein shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

If you are a Client/User belonging to an institution, you acknowledge and agree that the use of MATGRAN Services and participating in the MATGRAN online learning platform may, for reasons of its own service, disseminate your name and other identifying features to you partners through the Website and always within the scope of the institution to which you belongs. In agreeing to use the MATGRAN Services, you hereby irrevocably consent to MATGRAN’s use of your name, likeness and other identifying features you associated, without any compensation.

Contractor and its subcontractors agree not to release, divulge, publish, transfer, sell or otherwise make known to unauthorized persons personal information without the express written consent of the agency or as provided by law. Contractor agrees to implement physical, electronic and managerial safeguards to prevent unauthorized access to personal information. OAC reserves the right to monitor, audit, or investigate the use of personal information collected, used or acquired by the Contractor through this contract. The monitoring, auditing or investigating may include but is not limited to "salting" by OAC. Salting is the act of placing a record containing unique but false information into a database that can be used later to identify inappropriate disclosure of data contained in the database. Any breach of this provision may result in termination of the contract and the demand for return of all personal information. The Contractor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless OAC for any damages related to Contractor's unauthorized use of personal information. For purposes of this provision, personal information includes but is not limited to information identifiable to an individual that relates to a natural person's health, finances, education, business, use or receipt of governmental services, or other activities, names, addresses, telephone numbers, social security numbers, driver license numbers, financial profiles, credit card numbers, financial identifiers and other identifying numbers. Personality Rights copyright In the event that images (either photos or videos) are produced during a Globetrotter Sportreisen trip, these may be used by Globetrotter for communicative purpo- ses without request. The client relinquishes personality rights and/or copyright to the image to Globetrotter. Inappropriate use of the images is excluded.
