Personal Telephone Calls. The parties agree that this Section of the Agreement will supersede the section of the DAS Travel Policy on Personal Telephone Calls. On the first day of overnight travel, staff will be reimbursed for one (1) personal telephone call. During extended overnight travel, staff will be reimbursed for one (1) personal telephone call for every two (2) day of travel. Telephone calls will be kept to a minimum not to exceed ten (10) minutes. Receipts will be required.

Personal Telephone Calls. Except with permission or in cases of emergency, you should not make personal telephone calls during work time. The duration of any personal telephone calls must be kept to an absolute minimum. Posting on Social Media You may be required to post on the Company’s social media platforms or tag the Company on your personal social media platforms. Any posts you make on any social media platform that references or tags the Company must be made in accordance with the Company’s Social Media Policy.
Personal Telephone Calls. The Employer agrees that employees will be allowed to make and receive necessary phone calls on the Employer's phones but such calls should be held to a minimum time and number. The employees shall not be required to pay for local calls.
Personal Telephone Calls. All telephone calls of a personal nature made by on-duty employees, including those made on personal cellular telephones, shall be brief and infrequent. Members who make personal toll or long distance calls from departmental telephones shall reimburse the City of Lakewood in accordance with City Policy (Use of City Property and Systems Index # 500-5).
Personal Telephone Calls. 25.1.1 The Company does not permit Employees to make or receive personal telephone calls during work hours, unless emergency or extenuating circumstances exist.

The rule being utilize these communication tools so as to abide by the law, and only when safe. The employee will not expose the employer to any risk or liability with irresponsible cell phone or radio use.
Personal Telephone Calls. Coordinating Bulk Purchases The Supplier must support coordinated bulk purchases initiated by OECM and/or Customers for several Customers during the Term. If this occurs, OECM or the Customer may negotiate a lower Rate with the Supplier for bulk purchases. Lead-time for bulk purchases may differ from that set out in Schedule 1, Appendix A, Section 8.2 – Delivery Lead Times. OECM or the Customer will ensure reasonable lead-times for bulk purchases are requested. Optional Second Stage Selection Process The optional Second Stage Selection Process is managed by the Customer or by OECM on the Customer’s behalf and is focused on the Customer’s specific needs. Depending on the Customer’s internal policies, and potential dollar value of the Resources a Customer may select a Supplier, or seek Rates and other relevant Resource information specific to a Customer’s organization (e.g. by issuing a non-binding request via a Second Stage tool (e.g. Quick Quote (“QQ”), or Customer’s process (e.g. directly or via an online e.tendering platform) from the Supplier for their specific Resource requirements. If selected by the Customer, the Supplier will provide the Resources in accordance with the specifications stated in the Master Agreement and in the Customer’s Customer-Supplier Agreement. When a Second Stage request is issued, which does not constitute a contract A, contract B situation, it will identify the required Resources, or it may request the Supplier to propose appropriate Resources to fulfill the Customer’s requirements and any other applicable information. The Customer may negotiate their unique requirements with the Supplier and mutually agree to additional terms and conditions (e.g. reporting, Rates, payment terms) ensuring the additional terms and conditions are not in any way inconsistent with this Master Agreement. The Supplier must respond to a Second Stage Selection Process request and, at minimum, the response should set out the following: Proposed Resources; Address environmental and/or sustainability concerns; Describe planned delivery methods, lead times and storage (if applicable); Provide life cycle information, if requested by Customer; and, Final, net Rates based on commitment and/or volume requirements. The Rates should be valid for a period of not less than ninety (90) days.
