Common use of Personal Service Clause in Contracts

Personal Service. Consultant hereby agrees and acknowledges that this Agreement requires that Xxxxxxx Xxx, who is the sole member/owner of Rely Information Systems LLC, to personally and solely provide all of all Services and Deliverable to County under this Agreement and that at no time may any other individual, entity or subcontractor provide any of the Services and Deliverables. Due to Consultant’s agreement under this provision, this Agreement shall constitute a purchase of personal services by County pursuant to Section 262.024 (a)(4) of the Texas Local Government Code.
