Common use of Personal Service Clause in Contracts

Personal Service. No Member shall be required to perform services for the Company solely by virtue of being a Member. Unless approved by the Members, no Member shall be entitled to compensation for services performed for the Company. However, upon substantiation of the amount and purpose thereof, the Members shall be entitled to reimbursement for expenses reasonably incurred in connection with the activities of the Company.
