Personal Property Taxes and Assessments. The Tenant, at all times, shall be responsible for and shall pay, before delinquency, all municipal, county, state or federal taxes, including any fees in lieu of taxes, assessed against any leasehold interest or any fixtures, furnishings, equipment, stock and trade, or other personal property owned, installed or used on the Property, or any further improvements to the Property by Tenant or by Landlord if requested by Tenant.
