Common use of Personal Property Insurance Clause in Contracts

Personal Property Insurance. Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, shall procure and maintain on all of its personal property and Alterations, in, on, or about the Premises, property insurance on an all risk form, excluding earthquake and flood, to the extent of full replacement value. The proceeds from any such policy shall be used by Tenant for the replacement of Tenant's personal property.
