Common use of Personal Property Damage Clause in Contracts

Personal Property Damage. Upon submission of reasonable proof, the Employer shall pay to repair or reimburse the employee, provided such personal possessions are the type suitable for use while on duty and are required by the Employer. No reimbursement shall be paid in those cases where the damage was a result of the employee’s own actions.
