Personal Leave of Absence. 17.1 A personal leave of absence may be granted by the Board to a Member, upon approval of the Member's immediate Supervisor and on the recommendation of the Manager of Employee Relations, in accordance with the conditions set out in this Article. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
